Vendor Application

Apply to become a Vendor at the 2025 The Bruce Festival. You may apply online by completing and submitting the Online Application below and paying online.

Special Note #1:  The 2025 the Bruce festival will be a 2-day event, you must be present for both days to be eligible to be a vendor.

Special Note #2: Upon acceptance of your Online Application, you will receive an email confirmation of your conditional acceptance. The conditional acceptance email will also contain a link that you will use to pay your Vendor Fee. Upon receipt of your Vendor Fee, your vendor acceptance will be complete.

General Vendor Information
Fairgrounds check-in begins Saturday, August 16, at 9:00 a.m. At check-in, we will give you your assigned lot and your passes. All vehicles must be off the grounds by 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Vehicles may re-enter the grounds one-half hour after closing ceremonies — approximately 6:15 p.m. on Sunday.

We ensure the success of our vendors by reviewing all applications to reduce the duplication of similar wares. To accomplish this goal, we may only be able to accept some applicants. We will review all other applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Table & Chairs

“Vendors have table/chairs available for event.” If you want to bring your own, that is fine.
