Oregon Coast Piper Found in Depot Bay

While on a trip to the Oregon Coast with my wife we happened to be driving through a quaint town called Depot Bay. As the Highway passed the local shops at a crawl, we heard a familiar sound coming through the open car window, it was a Scottish Piper, playing his bagpipes while standing on the rock wall separating the road from the ocean.
